Loyal Dog Defense LLC is dedicated to providing top-notch, realistic firearm training and safety courses for the responsibly armed citizen. I am committed to equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel at handling firearms from beginners to advanced shooters by building confidence in the process. I believe in empowering individuals to protect themselves and their loved ones with whatever means they see fit, and I am proud to help instill the skills required to do so.

Instructor Credentials

I hold several Instructor Certifications from Rangemaster, The Complete Combatant, and Apache Solutions Instructor Enhancement Program. Certifications that focus on adult learning, the physiological, psychological, and technical aspects of developing competent shooters. I am also consistently a student, taking approximately 100 hours of classes per year to advance my own understanding of the process. I have surpassed 1,000 hours of handgun, rifle, and shotgun instruction, the legal aspects of self-defense, and medical training and I want to pass on the knowledge I have learned to help responsible citizens excel in the possibility of a self-defense situation.

Continuing Education

Owning/carrying a firearm for defensive purposes is an ongoing endeavor. It cannot be an "I have a gun, that's all I need" decision. From basics to advanced techniques, the 2A community has a wealth of knowledge (as well as dummies) and I am happy to assist in helping you grow as a shooter by avoiding the dummies, recommending books, private lessons, and other classes from knowledgeable instructors to advance your confidence, skills and overall competence with defensive firearm use.

I will help you shop for your first or your tenth firearm, gear, accessories, ammo, classes, books, and answer questions free of charge!
